This class is designed for Seniors. We will move at our pace that feels comfortable for our members and will build strength for everyday life. Pilates is great for improving balance and a deeper awareness and connection to yourself helping to improve your quality of life.
We are committed to you having the best possible experience so if you are new to Pilates then we will go through a Introductory Lesson to support you to learn how to hold your posture and connect to your deep core muscles throughout your Pilates class and everyday life.
