Kim's classes are aimed to really work on getting the foundations right. When you build strong foundations think posture, core strength, breathing then your building a strong platform for the rest of your body.

C - Connection/ Core
Building deep muscle strength will help you to be strong for everyday life and preventing injuries and general wear and tear.
You will receive guidance throughout the class.
Every class will be a learning and growing experience with years of knowledge of working with people of different fitness levels, ages and all sorts of injuries you know you will be taken care of.
*** Make sure you let Kim know at the start of the class if you have any injuries so we can adapt the exercises to make sure you get the most out of the class!
