We want to welcome beginners and the more experienced to come and try Pilates at Shoes Off Living which will get you access to ALL of our studio classes for the week.
This includes our Comprehensive ABC of Pilates Foundation lesson which is available online and we will also organise a personalised 15 minute consult prior to your first class to help you feel comfortable in knowing what to do in a Pilates class and to get the most out of your classes.
We will continue to support you throughout your journey with us to give you the best experience possible to thrive and move towards your goals alongside our beautiful community.
